Calibrated Performance System
The methodology

How the CPS system works

A structured, repeating coaching process designed to calibrate your plan and evolve it based on real data.

Built on analysis, not assumption

Most coaching is based on generic templates and guesswork. The coach hopes the plan works and adjusts if it doesn't. CPS flips this model.

We start with a 7-day calibration phase to collect real data about your body, habits, and response to training. Every decision that follows is based on evidence.

The result: a coaching plan that's customized to you from day one, not a one-size-fits-all template adjusted over weeks.

The 7-day calibration phase

During your first week, we collect baseline data to understand how your body responds to training, diet, sleep, and stress.

1

Log food

2

Track weight

3

Record sleep

4

Train

5

Note energy

6

Strength test

7

Review data

What we're measuring:

  • Baseline weight and measurements — your starting point
  • Food intake patterns — what you naturally eat and when
  • Sleep quality and duration — recovery baseline
  • Energy levels and mood — subjective biofeedback
  • Strength baseline — how much you can lift

The weekly coaching cycle

After calibration, your coaching follows a repeating weekly cycle designed for clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

1

Apply & onboard

You fill out your application, share your goals, and discuss expectations with your coach.

2

Calibrate

Your first 7 days of data collection. You log food, track weight, record sleep, and complete a strength test.

3

Receive your plan

Based on calibration data, your coach creates your personalized coaching plan with specific nutrition, training, and recovery targets.

4

Submit check-ins

Each week, you log your weight, food photos, workouts, sleep data, and how you felt. Takes 5 minutes.

5

Coach reviews the data

Your coach analyzes your weekly data to spot trends, adherence patterns, and how your body is responding.

6

Get adjustments

Based on the data, your coach makes precise adjustments to your plan. More protein? Switch exercises? Increase calories? Every decision is guided by evidence.

Why this cycle works:

  • No guessing. You're not hoping the plan works. You know it works because the data shows it.
  • Consistent progress. Small weekly adjustments compound into real transformation.
  • Human accountability. Your coach reviews your data personally every week. You're not alone.

Decisions driven by data

Every adjustment your coach makes is based on real metrics tracked over time. Here's what we monitor:

Weight trends

Is the scale moving in the right direction? Are we gaining strength while losing fat, or losing too fast?

Adherence score

How well are you following the plan? This tells us if the plan is realistic or needs adjustment.

Biofeedback

How do you feel? Energy levels, hunger, mood, and how you feel in the gym all inform decisions.

Recovery markers

Sleep quality, resting heart rate, and soreness help us manage fatigue and prevent overtraining.

Human oversight on every decision

Trends matter, but so does context. Your coach reviews every metric personally to make sure adjustments account for real life.

Did your weight stall? Your coach looks at your adherence, sleep, training intensity, and life stress. Maybe you need to adjust calories. Maybe you need a deload week. Maybe you're fine and just need to be patient. The data informs the decision, but your coach makes the call.

This is why coaching works. The system provides clarity. The coach provides wisdom.
